Director - Sub Function Head - Technical Learning CoE - IT

- Assist Learning Head in planning and executing on the organization's overall L&D strategy

- Evangelizing a culture of lifelong learning and Familiarity with experiential learning, gamification and emerging trends in L&D

- Introducing new L&D programs on an ongoing basis to support changing strategic objectives

- Building relationships with third-party resources, vendors and partners to roll out innovative and experiential learning models

- Majorly focus on building and enhancing competencies of young fresh talent from the time they are onboarded to their long term career development

- Responsible for creating and executing new job Architecture programs

- Leveraging digital tools to drive measurable benefits

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (master's degree often preferred)

- 12+ years of experience spearheading L&D initiatives, proven success at the helm of the L&D function

- Technical/Project Management/Program Management experience in customer facing roles and relevant certifications/degrees is an added advantage
