About Our Client

Our client is a leading healthcare and insurance organization with a global footprint of more than 100 offices. They specialize in end to end healthcare service provided to more than 50 million people worldwide. As a result of expansion of their Indian captive operations they are looking for experienced professionals to lead the Strategy and Project Management Function for the organization and help them grow this business.

Job Description

- Reporting into Head of Business, you would be responsible for identifying the strategic opportunities and taking them to completion. You would be working closely with global business leaders to develop nuanced strategies and ensure delivery on tactical objectives. You should be ready to work as an individual contributor initially and build a team under you later to support the business.

The Successful Applicant

- You must be an B.Tech and MBA from a premier institution (IIT/IIM) with atleast 12 years of relevant experience in KPO/Consulting industry.

- You should have a strong track record of success in customer facing roles in international environment.

- You must have strong influencing skills and have worked as a consultant with global stakeholders.

- Prior experience in pre-sales or transitions in third party environment would be preferable.

- An ideal candidate is someone who has diverse experience in IT/BPO consulting, management and delivery with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

- You should be open to international travel as required.
