- Business plan evaluation and modelling
- Have an in depth knowledge of competition and brands and ability to influence the market
Delight the stakeholders:
- Develop the business model, understand where strategic opportunities are and create a viable business to service them Long Term Strategy.
- Ability to create the a marketing strategy to launch brands in India
- Create and drive the Go-to market strategy.
- Conceptualise strategies and implement by liaising with cross-functional teams to create value
- Design of market entry strategy
Competitive Intelligence:
- Know the competition: Understand on-line and off-line players.
Market Research:
- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find exclusive opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Know the consumers : Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights and align them with category goals
New Initiatives:
- Explore marketing, operational recommendations as part of research; analyse and draw conclusions based on the implications of findings.
- Analyse potential of new product ideas based on market modelling, business/category plans.
- Develops and presents business plans and justification for new business opportunities/new products
Analytics:
- To be involved in big data analytics
- Develop forecasts, statistical models, segmentation, and data-driven analyses to drive marketing and merchandising efforts around customer acquisition and conversion
- Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modelling
- Partner with the Technology teams to deliver a stable and highly available reporting platform
