Requirements

- Atleast 2+ years of work experience in Consulting, PE, VC, or Investment Banking

- Overall work-ex of 6+ years

- Graduate from Tier-1 Colleges.

- Strong analytical, numerical, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

- Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions.

- Prior experience as a Program Manager/ Strategy role at high-growth startups is a plus.
