Director - Strategic Programs and Transition

We are in search of a director who will be a part of an internal strategy consulting team that influences alliances-driven progress for the global consulting operations of our client. The individual will need to develop a knowledge of the firm's technology consulting business, new technologies and other finer aspects of the client operations.

The Individual is responsible to assess the various metrics of the current statuesque and suggesting strategic perspectives, processes, and milestones for teams to achieve better competency and faster progress.

The professional will be expected to assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize findings, produce executive presentation material, and demonstrate solid analytical and writing skills. The team's projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the firm and Consulting leadership's strategic priorities.

This will be an individual contributor's role reporting to the VP and needs to liaison with all the functional and technical departments across the organizations.

The mail key functions and responsibilities of the individual is the liaison with Delivery Operations, Business Operations, Provided Management Consulting, Organize and driving the Transformation Office to Strive business Excellence and Growth to the organization.

JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 7 years and a Maximum of 12 years of Relevant job experience post MBA, in the internal or external consulting space with strong research, analytical, and writing skills,

- Understand business issues, analyze data, formulate initiatives, and drive implementation across the organization for various aspects

- Support senior business executives and managers in helping analyze business performance, goals and metrics and helping achieve the targets of the organization working across multiple business areas including operations, sales, HR, Finance and marketing

- Help monitor and drive projects/initiatives by helping analyze business priorities, active tracking and periodical reporting along with recommending appropriate actions

- Conduct and present research from strategic, financial, market, operational perspectives to support strategic business planning

- Interpret, analyze and present data in providing inputs for business planning, strategic decision- making

- Help in preparing and conducting periodical business reviews, analyzing business processes using strategic, tactical and operational metrics

- Significantly contribute for enabling organization to be a data driven organization and help in formulating and implementing business/operational strategies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Ability to keep the big picture in mind; perform in a complex and dynamic environment; ensure accurate, clear and effective communication

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and structured thinking along with ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive with focus to develop an extensive understanding of business processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project

- Focus to work objectively and bring about a positive change to the business

- Well-organized, adaptable with an attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 10 - 14 years of experience in Technological and operations background.

- The client is specific on MBA, with major specialization as IT / Systems / Technology / Operations / Strategy. Having Finance as minor specialization is ideal

- Not more than 7 years' experience post MBA

- Self-motivated, innovative, and strong team player, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills and knowledge of management frameworks

- Strong core consulting skills, including analytical, primary and secondary research, presentation, including logical structuring and storytelling, Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Tableau will be great to have

- Ability to integrate and synthesize large sets of data and broad stakeholder perspectives into meaningful recommendations
