Marketing Director
- This Position is responsible for driving the overall Strategic Marketing, Product Management and Market Intelligence.
- Strategic Marketing & Product Management - Lead the Strategic Planning (STRAP) process for India
- Partner with Product and Customer Management teams to maintain a comprehensive needs-based segmentation for markets
Market Intelligence :
- Lead Voice-of-Customer (VOC) campaigns with business and technical leaders at OEM customers to understand future needs.
- Define differentiated product and service offerings that generate superior economic value for customers in the target segments
Government Relations/ Public Relations :
- Drive India Government Relations Agenda, Fuel Efficiency Norms. Liaising with industry bodies like ACMA, SIAM and CII
- Use Public Relations to promote Company's Brand in relevant publications/media
Demand Management :
- Develop and publish insightful analysis of historical economic and industrial activity, and forecasted trends
- Prepare and publish regular forecasts of passenger and commercial vehicle production, and penetration of boosting technology
Qualification :
- MBA, Engineering degree (preferred) - ability to understand technology
- Strong micro-economics background - understanding of P&L and cost structures.
- Minimum 6 years experience in Strategic or Product Marketing in a technology differentiated sector (automotive a plus)

- Quick thinker, ability to conceptualize and grasp things quickly.
