They will lead a team of sales associates and collaborate with various departments to ensure the store's success.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets, while maintaining the brand's luxury image and standards.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and guidance to the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, exceeding customer expectations and building long-term relationships.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Maintain the visual appearance of the store, ensuring displays are aesthetically pleasing and in line with brand guidelines.

- Manage and control store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and operational costs, to optimize profitability.

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.

Qualifications:-

- Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of retail management experience, with a focus on luxury or high-end home decor.

- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a retail environment.

- Knowledge of home decor trends, interior design principles, and luxury brands.

- Experience in visual merchandising and creating compelling store displays.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
