Director - Staffing

- You'll take ownership of Co's services across our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offering.

- Responsible for direct delivery which encompasses direct recruitment and vendor management.

- You'll need to oversee, mentor, train and performance manage the teams who manage all recruitment activities on behalf of the client, to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and to ensure that Co's always deliver on our SLAs.

- Day-to-day delivery will be an important focus for you but you can also expect to actively contribute to strategic initiatives that will lead to improved recruitment outcomes for the client, to provide consultative advice on all aspects of recruitment, and to identify and implement cost-efficiency initiatives.

- You'll be involved in a range of commercial activities, including accountability for the P&L;, overseeing key vendor relationships, and well also be relying on you to ensure were compliant with all relevant policies and legislation.

- Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

- Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective IT Clients, specifically for Contract Staffing

- Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition in IT Staffing.

- Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Excellent business presentations skills, proposal writing skill and showcase the company's capabilities, benefits and value proposition in all interactions and work effectively to deliver.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

- BE/ MBA with 20+ Staffing background experience. You should be passionate in winning new clients and account management for IT Contract Staffing.

- You should be also expert in recruitment and responsible for delivery along with the recruitment team.

- You will own end to end value chain of the Business; right from acquiring new clients, account management, fulfilment of talent demand..
