Purpose of the Role
The role is a leadership position in the Service Strategy & Solutions function reporting into VP - Solutions & Professional Services. This person will drive the goals of the solutions group for an identified set of Technology - DataCenter towers and Service Lines
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. / Any Degree with Certfications / Diploma (12+) - Technical Board
Work Experience - No. of years - Typically 12 Yrs and Above / Variance linked to extent of subject matter expertise
Nature of experience - Undertaken large consulting-implementation engagements for medium to large enterprise / business acumen / relationship orientation / Presales and solutioning

New services development -
- Develop new services as per the established Service Lifecycle Management and Service Portfolio Management framework, working closely with all stakeholders across marketing, innovation and run teams
- Ensure effective Standardization and GTM of the services created
- Capability Maturity - Work with Run, Biz Ex teams (Managed Service & PSO) to continually enhance service maturity measured against a defined framework
- Support the Run teams Technology Services Group and Business Excellence driven KM initiatives for capability and competency dev.
- Establish an automation roadmap across all service lines to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Strategize customer relationship transformation initiative for key accounts working with sales & program teams
Solution Engineering -
- Work with Deals Management team to establish an effective sales enablement process and build a process and culture to develop winnable solutions
- Standardize solution response. Develop reusable templates
- Drive benchmarking across service lines to make our propositions competitive
- Own, develop and enhance estimation models
