Director - Software Testing - US Health Care Payer Side

Required candidate profile:

15 + years (Delivery, Pre-sales/RFP solutioning) handled Automation, QE teams out of which atleast 5 plus years recently in Healthcare Payerside experience.

- Global Delivery Manager manager experience for Testing project (No need project Manager)

- Delivery manager worked on testing and quality projects

- Cost of project delivery

- Automated software testing experience using Tools like Selenium, TOSCA

- Ideally career path should have been from testor to test lead to Test manager and Testing Delivery Manager/Lead

Key Responsibilities include:

- Lead, mentor and manage the Tecnhical Testing team by providing guidelines, career development recommendations.

- Client management,

- Presales

- P&L management

- Define , Communicate and Deliver clear quality objectives, policies and procedures.

- Develop a QE Strategy that is comprehensive and aligns with Clients organization goals and objectives

- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators( KPIs) and quality metrics

- Drive transition from incumbent/existing teams with a clear set of planned activities with right deliverables and KT exit criteria.
