Director - Software/Service Sales - International US Market (15-25 yrs)

This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Director/Manager . The International Sales Director will be responsible for managing sales performance, identifying new market opportunities, building strong customer relationships, negotiating and closing sales deals. They will also be responsible for researching global markets, maintaining sales reports, participating in conferences, and collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and international business development

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Ability to understand and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs

- Proven expertise in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets

- Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRMs

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages spoken in the target markets is a plus

- Sales and Business Development: Utilize your in-depth industry knowledge and network to identify growth opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and expand the company's customer base. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
