The company is conversational engagement platform, working outbound call center as a service domain. They are back by marquee inverters and have built a 200 member strong client base in US.
Must have:
- Campaign management background and experience of 'Martech' space
- Strong database background
- Ability to build a good microservices architecture.
- Understanding of UI architectures React and Angular
- CI/CD and scrum process knowledge.
- Ability to train and hire quality engineers.
- Engineering Degree from Premium Institute
Preferables:
- Top Tier Engineering Institutes - Eg: IIT, NIT
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Developing an end-to-end Agent platform product suite with AngularJS / React JS.
- Develop necessary micro services for the Agent platform product suites.
- Develop / maintain an iPaaS where one for the many available CRM or telephony connector can be used for interacting with Agent and customer.
- Run own sprint for the product suite and adopt process enhancements.
- Work with peers and plan the release in accordance with other product suite updates.
- Work with peers across the team to prepare technical document or user guide for the product suite.
- Manage / Improve unit tests and its coverage.
- Develop / maintain own CI/CD pipeline.
- Drive/Push the test automation wither by Selenium or Protractor or similar tools/drivers.
- Work with the peers / support to train them on the product capability and incorporate the feedback.
- Take initiative in projecting the best practices followed in the team and influence in adopting it across the organization.
- Focus on building an autonomous and independent pod / squad to manage the product suite.
- Take the ownership of the complete product suite.
