As a key member of FRMS Leadership Team, the candidate will provide strategic and tactical leadership to FRMS (Financial and Risk Management Solutions) teams. This individual will be Techno-Functional Delivery Manager with total IT experience of 15+ years with at-least 8 years in Payments OR Risk & Compliance and Cash & Logistics applications.

Job Description :

- The person will be accountable for all development, Testing, production support and implementation related activities (Planning, analysis, design, development, quality assurance, non-functional testing and release management) for projects in Payments, Risk & Compliance and Cash & Logistics area.

- Responsible for integration with multi-location (geographically distributed) and multi-role teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Responsible for program planning (including infrastructure and manpower), execution, governance, team management oversight.

- Interact with BU and project teams to prepare and publish project scope, objectives, project plan and schedules; develop detailed work plans and status reports.

- Ensure timely and quality delivery of features.

- Design and deployment of processes in compliance with FISERV standards and corporate governance/audits.

- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with clients and management to determine the scope and objectives

- Responsible for financial governance on the engagement.

Required Skills :

Delivery Skills:

- Should have led and managed project teams of more than 200 associates

- Should have strong exposure in designing techno-functional solutions, integrating and deploying Payments, Risk and Cash Management solutions

- Should have demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects at the same time in fixed cost and managed services model maintaining excellent margin and profitability

- Should have the ability to handle teams, inspire them while meeting needs of business partners/clients

- Appreciation of CMMI Level 5 process and effective application of the same in the projects

- Should manage communication and report project progress, risk and issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders

- Exceptional ability to balance strategic, tactical, and operational thinking and execution in a dynamically evolving business environment

- Agile, adaptable mindset that enables effective complex problem solving and understanding the trade-offs between the ideal solution and pragmatism

- Strong business and financial acumen

- Experience in implementing follow-the-sun approach in production support projects

Domain Skills:

- Experience in developing and deploying Payments, Fraud management, Asset and Liquidity management and Cash management solutions

- Expertise in implementing the regulations in Payments and Risk domain across geographies

- Presales: Should be able to effectively contribute to opportunities with various banks across geographies
