Summary As Director of Service Delivery, you will actively establish, maintain, and strengthen internal and external relationships. With the guidance of US counterparts, directors, and senior technical leads. You will primarily focus on the delivery and execution of the projects. As an influential member of the team, you- ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach, and counsel junior team members, and help them to develop especially in cybersecurity consulting services. You will be responsible for overall client service quality delivery in accordance with guidelines &amp; methodologies. Responsibilities : - Understands and knows how to run offshore deployments while interfacing with onshore engineers and Technical account managers. - Knows how to traverse through the organization to quickly triage issues that may arise during the implementation phase - Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures focusing on complex, judgmental, and/or specialized issues. - Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations Use extensive knowledge of the client's business/industry to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business. - Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services. - Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods &amp; practices to fit operational team needs &amp; contribute to thought leadership documents. Qualifications : - 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, strong leadership qualities, someone who has set up an offshore delivery team effectively. Strong academic record including a degree / Relevant professional qualification such as MBA, MCA, MS, B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics &amp; Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA/M.Sc.
