Director - Service Delivery - Banking Project

Our client is one of the largest providers of Financial services, they provide investment management, brokerage, benefits and many other financial products and services for individuals and institutions across the globe.

Looking for a Director to be responsible for developing and supporting IT applications for compliance, risk, legal, treasury function.

The role will be responsible for leading the India delivery team.

- Ensuring high quality of delivery and services to the partners.

- Collaborating effectively across all global locations.

- Develop leadership at all levels of the organization.

- Build effective relationships with partners grounded in transparency and open communication.

Looking for :

- Track record of successful delivery in the global model.

- Experience in building high performance teams.

- Experience in driving change and encouraging innovation.

- Experience in one or more areas of Compliance, Fraud Detection, e-Communications Surveillance, Legal, Records Management, Risk or Security would be preferred.

- Experience in one or more areas of mobile, data, cloud, User Experience, agile and DevOps as well as modernizing legacy applications would be a big plus.

- Experience in product development, product management and/or project management would be preferred.

- Track record of IT delivery across the entire life cycle.

Education and Work Experience :

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any other discipline.

- 15+ years of overall experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Prior experience of working for Financial Services firms would be preferred.

Role based in Bangalore.
