Director of Operations / Sr. Vice president of operations
Job Responsibilities:
1. Focuses on operational excellence, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the organization's success.
2. Sets the company's vision, culture, and brand identity, and he ensures the practical realization of this vision, fostering a cohesive business culture.
3. Designing, planning, and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures.
4. Building operational strategy: Coordinating departments like sales, legal, marketing, IT, human resources, and business development
5. Establishing goals for company growth: Setting and achieving company goals for growth.
6. Evaluating employee and company performance: Evaluating employee and company performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:1. 20+ years of experience in manufacturing
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to train and work with operational teams at manufacturing locations.
3. Engineering degree with a Master's degree in a related field from a reputed institution.
4. 10+ years in a leadership position with P&L responsibility progressively in the Manufacturing industry will be preferred.

2. Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
3. Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
