Client Details :
Our client is one of the fast growing organizations in the Hospitality space. They are renowned for their products and have established a strong hold in the India market. Currently they are focusing on expanding their operations and hence, are recruiting for a Director/Senior Manager Operations, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.
Description :
Reporting to the VP Operations, you will be responsible for;
- Managing the day to day operations for the properties PAN India
- Strategize and set up operations in such a way that the efficiency of the work is high with optimum utilization of the resources
- Managing a team of more than 10 persons along with the responsibility of their growth in the company
- Working along the senior stakeholders for high levels of work efficiency
Profile:
You will be a professional with more than 4 years of experience in handling supply chain and operations ideally in FMCG/Consulting/Manufacturing industries. MBA from Tier 1 B Schools is preferred. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and the ability to manage large scale business operations.
