Responsibilities

- Employee Performance & Employer Branding

- Building a high performance culture. Tracking the performance of teams

- Implement steps to improve performance to ensure the team members meet their targets

- Best practices in performance management

- Review of performance management system

- Ensuring Employer branding to internal teams, external candidates & clients

- Team Hiring, Ramp-up, Organization Structure & Manpower planning

- Targets for Team ramp-up. These numbers will be borne by these personnel

- Career Ladders & Lattices

- Manpower Planning & Optimization

- HR Operations

- Organization Policies review, updation, creation and implementation

- Creating, reviewing and implementing Incentive policy

- Maintaining leaves and timing for the staff in India

- Developing competency Frameworks

- Managing payroll processing along with finance

- Knowledge of HR and payroll systems and their usage

- Managing Exit Process

- BGV of iXceed employees

- Focus on strategies for employee engagement plans.

- Expertise into working on HRIS's.

- Employee Experience

- Employee engagement

- Training & Development

- Punctuality of the staff

- Rewards & Recognition, Celebrations

- Employee Motivation & Grievance Management

Requirements: Ideal Candidate would have:

1. Proven track record of performance management & improvement of recruitment team

2. Proven experience in maintaining discipline, conduct of team size of 120-150

3. A Master's degree is a must

4. Experience of working in a similar role in recruitment industry is a must

5. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

6. Education : MBA HR or equivale
