Director/Senior Director- Adtech Sales/BD - US Based ONLY (For a Indian Adtech org)
Key Responsibilities :
- P&L leader for the assigned geographical region.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Understand market data and trends.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors' changes
- Motivate and energise the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communication with the clients.
What do we require from you :
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrating sales success.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-suite.
- Excellent communication & analytical mind-set with a strong understanding of digital ad marketplace.
- Strong Sales Experience & proven versatility in problem solving with extensive contacts across the industry in Agencies, Ad-Tech and Advertisers.
- Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product, business line or an account.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Previous experience as a sales manager or director.
