Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful B2B/B2C software products or platforms.

- Experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus, with a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and market dynamics

- Experience in payment platform

- Experience of managing a team of 10 product managers and 50+ engineering members

- Must have experience working with US based counterparts

- Must have awareness of edge cases and data visualization

- Strong framework of thoughts related to product management and product strategy

- Strong strategic thinking and ability to define a product vision, strategy, and roadmap

- Experience in building and leading high-performing product management teams

- Proven ability to translate customer needs into actionable, impactful product roadmaps and experiences

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with experience driving a culture that leverages metrics and user insights to drive product decisions including but not limited to feature adoption and engagement metrics Skills
