Role - Senior Director / Director Marketing
Location - Hyderabad (work from office)
CTC - 60-80 LPA
Responsibilities :
As a director, you will be responsible for marketing a wide variety of professional services to drive demand and revenue in the US market. You will lead a team of talented professionals in the areas of content creation, digital marketing, SEO, marketing automation and graphic design.
You will be responsible for inspiring and developing the team and creating a high-performance culture.
Planning & Execution :
- Collaborate with senior leadership, business development team and other stakeholders to develop marketing plans for a wide variety of professional services
- Collaborate with US and India teams to drive implementation of above plans with clear focus on converting leads into revenue
- Conceptualize, design, and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with business teams to proactively source high-quality content.
- Strong focus on content generation and content marketing, including whitepapers, blogs, solution videos, and much more
- Lead development of innovative concepts and best practices to improve the efficacy and efficiency of marketing processes.
- Marketing automation, analytics, and reporting
- Oversee usage of marketing automation tools to drive multi-channel demand generation programs, campaigns, content marketing, and lead nurturing
- Use analytics to drive ROI - closely monitor critical indicators, measure ROI, and suggest areas to optimize
Social Media Marketing :
- Implement innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility on leading B2B social media platforms, including strategy and budgets
- Drive leads, create conversations, brand awareness, and generate touchpoints through social media marketing
Team Development :
- Create and monitor development plans for team of 10+ professionals
- Invest personally in the development of team members
Experience:
- Results-oriented B2B Marketing strategist and implementor who can drive demand generation focused on North America in the professional services industry.
- Proven experience in all aspects of B2B marketing: demand generation, content and brand, digital marketing, events, and account-based marketing
- Strong collaborator who builds positive relationships across all levels and geographies.
- Experience in hiring, training, and driving a high-performance team, including content generation, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing
- Experience in handling budgets and delivering aggressive ROI across marketing investments
- Prior experience in working with US companies in an extended delivery model
- Prior experience in professional services preferred.
Education: MBA in Marketing with 10+ years of relevant experience
