Director/Senior Director - IT Project Delivery - Hospitality Domain

Our client is one of the leading provider of information technology, business process outsourcing and consulting services, looking to hire IT Project Delivery Head for Hospitality Practice.

The role will be responsible for IT Services delivery for customers in the hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, food services kind of industry segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing P & L of the portfolio.

- Delivering as per standards of quality, schedule and against cost parameters to multiple clients in multiple geographies.

- Collaborating with sales / account management teams to grow the business.

- Devising strategy, plans and budget for business growth.

- Building and maintaining global alliances and partnerships.

- Building capability aligned to industry needs.

Desired Profile:

- 15 - 20 years of experience in hospitality technology at leadership level.

- Exposure to core hospitality solutions like property management, revenue management, loyalty, reservations etc.

- Exposure in global environment.

- P & L Experience.

Role can be based in Bangalore / Kolkata.
