Head Training - L&D (Dir/Sr Dir)
- Define the L&D strategy and roadmap for the organization, by working closely with the Founders, CXOs, Delivery and Practice Heads in alignment with business needs.
- Bring in the expertise on the latest and best in class L&D strategies , to create an agile and business-focused L&D framework that will propel the organization growth
- Review current skills & future demand; Identify skill gaps and enable executive decisions of build vs buy, upskilling and reskilling
- Champion the Campus hire programs for engineering and management graduates to assimilate them to into the full stack technology roles to ensure that they hit the ground running
- Drive target upskilling programs and certifications in Data Science, AI, ML, Data Bricks and the new emerging technologies
- Relevant experience of 15-18 years in a similar leadership role of leading the learning portfolio in the IT and / or Analytics and Data Science Domain
- Experience in working across various roles within L&D, especially Campus programs and Technology Capability would be an advantage.
- Excited about Technology, invested in continuous learning and upskilling in the new emerging technologies.
