Director/Senior Director - Growth

Job Description :

Consulting experience from McKinsey / Bain / BCG / Kearney and 1-3 years post-consulting experience in a tech-startup through a fast growth phase; knowledge / experience in financial services desirable but not a must

- Design and drive the execution of the business planning and delivery control tower

- Continuously carry out RCA (root cause analysis) and problem solving on gaps to business delivery, identify lead/lag indicators and include them in the control tower

- Create near real time visibility into output (business delivery) and related input metrics across leads, transaction funnels, fulfilment teams and help in surfacing constraints to business delivery in a timely and accurate manner

- Build and groom a talented team of analysts and managers who can support the growth of the business, while continuously automating, dashboarding and optimising existing processes to operate with high leverage

- Plan Annual, Quarterly and Monthly targets bottom-up against the top-down targets provided by Finance / Top management

- Work cross-functionally with all teams to identify gaps between top down and bottom up targets, identify levers that can help bridge the gaps towards finalizing the - minimum commitment- and - aspirational- targets

- Work closely with the lead generation / top of funnel teams (Brand, Marketing, Category, Affiliates) to plan for source-wise volume and cost of leads; continuously provide feedback to them on quality of leads basis conversion potential and influence selection of better quality customers / leads or design better product / brand proposition to help convert the customers

- Manage mid and bottom funnel at a daily, weekly and monthly level, identifying weaknesses and working with relevant fulfilment teams - inside-sales, field-sales and operations, to resolve them

- 6+ years of industry experience, with 4 years of experience managing analytical / business teams to achieve revenue / growth goals

- Engineering (preferable) + MBA (mandatory) from institutes of high academic pedigree
