- Digital Marketing is a strategic business driver at Lendingkart. As a Digital Marketing leader, with a team of cross-functional marketers, you will:
- Create a Marketing playbook for the company, define the strategy for the next 2-3 years and grow your business 5x in this period.
- Own marketing budgets and drive digital marketing's performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement
- Build, develop and execute digital Campaigns (Display, SEO, SEM, Email, SMS, Etc.) by coordinating with internal resources and digital agencies
- B2B SME customer acquisition & engagement using Digital Assets (Paid/Earned/Owned)
- Work with the Product & Data Science teams on Growth, Customer Experience and other initiatives - provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve digital customer experience
- Work with the Operations team to optimize the Digital Marketing funnel from loan origination to disbursal
- Prepare demand funnel for products with costs of acquisition
- Web analytics to understand performance and bring about efficacy & efficiencies around cost of acquisition
- Devise innovative ways/mediums to reach target customers
- Initiate market research and analyse the findings
- Assist in building marketing strategies and contribute to drive the business by way of digital Performance Campaigns (Execution, Monitoring and Analytics) and Competitor benchmarking
- Keep the business abreast of emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry and share that knowledge and information with the team
- Ensure that the organization is advertised effectively on social media and digital platforms
- Develop and manage the framework for marketing automation and experiments - across digital customer touchpoints
- Hire, mentor and train team members on tools/techniques/domain for making a comprehensive impact to the business
Your Background :
- 8-12 years of experience of contributing in Digital Marketing space with proven record
- Exposure to Website projects & concepts such as wireframes, CMS, user testing, design, UAT, website launch Exposure to Digital Marketing areas such as SEM, SEO, e-sales, Google Analytics etc
- Experience in executing large scale digital performance marketing campaigns, driving business impact
- Ability to manage and lead team members both directly and indirectly
- Experience with building and nurturing teams of digital marketers
- Ability to think digital and translate digital ideas into reality Good data orientation and creative thinking team player
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for numbers and insights
- Ability to give direction for content, design and brand representation
- MBA from a tier-1 institute is a plus
- Curious and with a drive to succeed in space where there is no established marketing playbook
- Exposure of working in or dealing extensively with a Financial services / Banks / NBFCs would be an advantage
