Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for setting the vision and direction of teams at Contact Center.
- Will be leading entire channels of Customer Service like Voice, Chat, Email,Social Media
- Identify new tools and technologies to better serve the customer.
- Work effectively with all peers and the board/stakeholders.
- Accountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
- Should have experience in Handling a span of 400 +
- Good experience in Setting up channels such as Voice, Chat, Email, Social Media is required.
