Job Title : Academic Director/Education Director

Total School Branches : 4

Experience : 20 years of experience in successfully managing and leading Education Institute with multiple branches (Head of Academics/Education, Academic Director, Principal, Head of School, etc.)

Reporting to : Chairman

Salary range : 50 to 70 Lpa

Job Duties :

- Provide programmatic direction in the preparation and review of the five-year rolling budgets for schools in collaboration with the respective school leadership.

- Integrate AIS key academic performance Standards and KPIs, and periodically review such indicators and provide feedback to the Management

- Ensure that existing curriculum, education programmes and student assessment and reporting practices are of high quality and relevant to the context and needs of students.

- Participate in the recruitment and selection process of senior academic positions at the school level.

- Chairing meetings of the Academic Committee

- Responsible for the Academic and other budgets in compliance with School financial regulations

- Ensure adherence by all members with School financial regulations and other financial operating procedures and regulations

- Responsible for aligning the academic program with CBSE and NCERT model.

- Oversee the implementation of the change agenda in collaboration with school-based leadership teams.

- Oversee the planning and implementation of Professional Development for teachers, and other academic staff

- Liaise, support and contribute to the effective working of Management Committee

- Analyze and resolve complex issues and provide alternative solutions as necessary.

- To ensure that the teaching content and methods of delivery are in accordance with equal opportunities, and respond to issues relating to staff and student needs

- Promote and represent the school both internally and externally
