Job description:

- The role is responsible for SAP Sales and Go-to-market activity in the India region.

- Focusing on both net new, as well as existing client footprint as it relates to SAP solutions and Services including implementation/roll outs/development/Managed services.

Desired Profile:

- Strong client facing skills and ability to command the room, read the audience and think on their feet

- Min 10 years of experience selling SAP solutions and Services to the local India market, including multi nationals with India delivery

- Extensive hands on implementation, Solution architecture and pre-sales experience in SAP with proven track record of working on S4/HANA, ECC and Cloud transformations, across the full core ERP suite

- Extensive experience on presales and blueprint development activity as well as working with the development and consulting teams to sell and deliver SAP Services and solutions

- Experience to develop a business plan, Go-to-Market strategy, Bringing new logo/sales etc. and drive growth for the SAP services organization. Exposure on one large sales on S4/HANA and couple of AMS deals are must

- Create solid pipeline by generating Leads, respond to RFI/RFPs, floor walk presentations, customer workshops, tradeshows and solution defense, pricing proposals etc.

- Past experience working on expansion of existing client footprint

- Extensive knowledge on SAP industry, current Market trend and SAP landscape/echo system. Stay up to date with new trends within SAP, our competitors, our partners and the IT industry as a whole

- Ability to work with sales and delivery team to grow the SAP business and customer footprint

- Ability to handle multiple opportunity and hands on experience dealing large SAP opportunity in Global environment

- Excellent in communication and influencer to work with internal and external stakeholder

- Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by Management

- Excellent Analytical thinking and problem solving skills

- Ability to build personal relationships with all SAP stakeholders, employees and partners

Top must have:

- 10+ years strong SAP sales and business development experience

- Experience with owning SAP sales targets for the local India region

- Proven track record and experience with implementing SAP

Good to have:

- Good understanding of S4/HANA modules and SAP cloud applications.

- Experience in reselling of SAP licenses

- SAP Functional and project Management experience

Education: MBA Degree in Sales and Marketing from reputable institute
