- Desired Leadership Experience
- Minimum 18 years of IT experience across presales, delivery, and practice management. Should be currently in a practice leadership role
- At least 8-10 years of that in selling and delivering Salesforce solutions in India
- Extensive people management experience - building and growing teams
- Experience in leading client engagement and building relationships at CXO levels.
