Client is looking for Sales Director to be operational from Malaysia. Candidate who can work without company giving the work permit to work in Malaysia.
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and delivering a commercial strategy our clients.
This involves developing and implementing a region / zone and end market vertical sales strategy to achieve the organizations goal (short and long term).
Market includes Malaysisa, Cambodia, Laos.
- The Sales Director will be involved in planning, reporting, target setting and management, sales process optimization,, sales training, sales program implementation,, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent.
- The Sales Director is also accountable for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization including Sales support team
- Reporting to the Commercial General Manager, the Sales Director also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported.
- Candidate must have prior exposure related to client's business nature such as municipal, building services, industries and knowledge of water & wastewater treatment, pumps, and others industrial companies.
