The role involves managing various Tele processes with in the company in building right people capability, Infra, IT etc for all our Tele processes Tele sales & service.
- Maximize the Tele sales & Tele Servicing pan-India by broadening the base, both with respect to the team size and productivity.
- Manage operations of multiple processes by using On-roll team, Off-roll.
- Bring cost efficiency by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; implement the metrics measurement tools, monitor and analyze results.
- Quality fanatic with hands on experience of driving quality metrics for various Tele processes.
- Optimization and re-engineering of existing processes to enhance productivity
