About the Client: Our client is one of the leading players in the Customer Experience space having SaaS-based solutions and helping enterprise clients in the US Market. They are a well funded and profitable company selling in the US region.

About the Role :

- The role is to hunt the accounts, retain and cross-sell/up-sell to accounts PAN India .

- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the clients & building and driving business through up-selling the product offering

- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors

- Being the leader of the sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients

- Building customer awareness & achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors

The role is based out of Gurgaon

About the Candidate :

- Would be reporting to the Co-founder and should have/be :

- 12-16 years of experience in account management, and sales

- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side

- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business
