Hiring, Director, Sales - ServiceNow

Requirements:

- 10+ years of successful sales and account management leadership experience working with ServiceNow North America ecosystem

- Experience working in high growth environments and closing deals with midsize and large enterprise companies

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value and distinct feature sets of the solution and services

- Empathetic to customer needs with a strong focus on customer success and building long term relationship

- Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to gain access to target customers.

- Coach sales professionals to penetrate accounts, captivate decision makers, and overcome selling obstacles.

- Proven, repeatable ability to build new customer portfolios from scratch selling solutions and services in ServiceNow, automation and conversational AI space

- Able to travel 50% in the region, and occasionally globally
