Director of Sales Series C SaaS Startup (Bengaluru).

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and expand the inside sales team, fostering a culture of achievement and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities and challenges.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.

- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure the CRM system accurately reflects sales activities and forecasts.

- Implement best practices in sales processes and operations to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Drive customer success and retention by ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and support.

Qualifications:.

- A minimum of 12 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in inside sales for a SaaS platform.

- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.

- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers and team members at all levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
