Strong with MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word.  - Ability to comfortably make a lot of phone calls every day  - Ability to identify and influence key decision makers  - Ability to negotiate on multiple levels and overcome objections  - Willingness to learn new selling techniques  - Ability to work well with others and communicate clearly  - Ability to qualify and disqualify easily  - Basic understanding of internet concepts (HTML, Javascript, etc.)  - Experience selling SaaS B2B products  Nice-to-haves :  - Familiarity with CRMs   - Startup experience  Education :   B.Tech/B.E from a IIT/BITS/NIT/IIIT  PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization From Premier Institutes only.  Shifts - US Time zone  CTC - 10-12 lacs per annum (80% fixed and 20% KRA based performance bonus) along with lucrative sales performance incentives without a cap
