Position for Luxury Real Estate Sales for a top tier developer
- Managed entire sales operations of multiple high end luxury Residential Projects across India
- Formulate strategies & activities for new launches
- Liaised with government officials for permission procurement
- Undertake sales and marketing activities of residential projects in India to rich clients
- Efficiently identify & network with financially strong and reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration
- Draft planning and designed documentations system for the residential real estate sales
- Handle budgeting, planning and designing maintenance & other charges in respect of the residential and building
- Work on planning & execution of the possession and ensure smooth handing over of the project over to property solutions and thereafter to the societies
- Offer a professional interface between customer and the various departments of the organisation for achieving highest level of customer satisfaction
- Assessed customer feedback, evaluate areas of improvement and map quality standards for various operational areas ensuring high quality customer experience
- Must have already worked on the luxury segment with other top tier developers
