Role Overview:

- Do you have a passion for real estate If so, we have an exciting opportunity that is we're looking for a Director to lead our client's Real Estate Division. .

- You'll be the visionary behind our client's real estate dreams. You'll need to blend financial acumen, market analysis, and dash of magic to create something extraordinary. This role is all about transforming our client's vision into architectural masterpieces that will shape the future. of the organisation.

-Decide when systems become outdated and need to be upgraded

- Develop and integrate staffing programs designed to attract the highest caliber of talent while satisfying the needs of our clients

- Collaborate with our CEO on five and ten-year plans for corporate growth and evolution

- Assist the CFO with financial projections and analyses of existing programs and policies

- Manage service employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical skills so they can better serve our clients

- Helm budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside the other C-level executives and the senior management team

- Ensure all program initiatives align with the company's core values and culture

- Provide leadership to those under your command so that they might take more initiative in their roles

- Focus on the day-to-day operations of the team

- Hire additional sales and administration staff when necessary

- Assist MD put his or her vision into a plan and then take full responsibility for executing that plan

- Train, lead, and motivate the administrative staff

- Hold the sales team accountable for reporting their numbers

- Run the weekly all employee team meetings and performance matrix

- Identify recurring problems and execute plans to minimize those problems

- Discuss and put a vision statement with the MD on weekly basis to discuss the state of the business and plans for improvement of its people its systems

- Be a sounding board to the MD when he or she needs input on major decisions

- Be a problem-solver and be able to give direction when decisions need to be made

- Be a project manager when necessary, as in executing plans to move the team to a new office, plan and execute an expansion team, or roll out a new marketing plan

- Industry knowledge surpasses that of most colleagues

- Know when to give answers and when to coach others to their own answer

Objectives of this role:

- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels

- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning

- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met

- Ensure effective recruiting, on-boarding, professional development, performance management, and retention

- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary

Responsibilities:

- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO

- Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets

- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

- Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications:

- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles

- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity

- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues

- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics

- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Fundraising experience

Qualifications and skills:

- 14+ years' experience in managing large real estate business only

- Mgt /MBA qualification from a reputed college /Institution preferred

- Advanced organizational leadership skills

- Excellent written, oral and client-facing communication skills

- Budget-focused mindset
