Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Manage the sales team and provide leadership, guidance, and support
- Develop and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and metrics
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-functional initiatives
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to represent the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in the beverage industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of sales channels such as retail, on-premise, institutions, and new markets
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and take calculated risks
- Experience in sales across at least three regions of India
