One of the Reputed Client ( Hospitality Division) is looking for Director Sales and Marketing in Bangalore with MBA from the Premier Institute

The following is the Job Roles and Responsibility as

Strategic:

1. Serve as a pivotal member of the senior management team contributing to the formulation of the overall strategy of Nova and associated short term and long term business plan

2. Develop, evaluate and implement the overall marketing strategy for Nova (across both NSS & NIF) to enhance the brand value of Nova among prospective patients and medical community by using the right mix of print/media and campaigns

3. Develop marketing initiatives ( general & specialty specific) to enhance the practice of NOVA doctors in various zones

4. Establish and maintain strategic alliances with various industry forums, media houses/PR agencies to increase visibility

Operational:

1. Plan and conduct CMEs on appropriate fields and awareness programs for the medical community about the advantages of ambulatory & short stay surgical care

2. Ensure the presence of Nova at all major international and national conferences on surgical specialties to increase brand visibility and awareness about the organization

3. Track MIS; maintain departmental statistics and reports on departmental results for presentation to the Nova's senior management

4. Plan and conduct market research studies at appropriate time/period to analyze change in market trends

5. Review the results of the periodic patient feedback surveys and other market research surveys and take suitable corrective action in a timely manner

6. Oversee periodic updation of doctor presentations, videos and all the related collaterals

7. Oversee and review the promotional activities of respective regions/ centers and ensure that they are in line with the guidelines for brand identity of Nova

8. Oversee design and development of in – house promotional materials, publications and marketing collaterals

Financial

1. Prepare annual budget for Marketing for the organization

2. Monitor the budget utilization; Study and analyze causes for significant deviation from budget and take corrective action for the same, if required

People

1. Continuously re-evaluate the performance metrics of team and modify if necessary with assistance of HR

2. Provide functional guidance as and when required to the direct reportees and team members

3. Partner with Human Resources Department for recruitment of competent employees

4. Establish performance requirements and evaluate the work of reportees in order to achieve the department goals and develop reportees who are unable to meet expected performance levels

5. Provide coaching for performance improvement and development for all the reportees to enhance their contribution levels

6. Identify and nurture high potential employees, mentor & support them in shaping their careers

7. Identify and build potential successors and ensure a healthy succession pipeline for the department
