Job Duties :
- Increase distribution reach in ultra-HNI, family office and corporate treasury segments by adding new direct clients across existing and new cities
- Aggressively ramp-up direct relationships with family offices and corporate promoters for various absolute return products
- Work closely with the Fund Manager in creating right messaging across various products for different types of clients to improve conversion of existing prospects
- Drive cross-selling of products across existing and new clients
- Focus on aggressively adding large ticket-size clients (>5cr AUM in a single product)
- Create marketing plan for tapping into ultra-HNIs among NRIs in Middle-East, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK
- Drive the marketing plan to increase AUM rapidly across all products
- Manage the marketing team efficiently to drive AUM growth and build strong pipeline
- Use the CRM efficiently to manage marketing process, pipeline and team effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Min. 5 years of marketing/sales work-experience in Fund-Raising for Financial Services products roles
- Strong Fund-Raising skills and high conversion ratio
- Strong existing dossier of key client relationships in ultra-HNI and family office segments
- Good cold calling skills and capability to focus on new client lead generation
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
- Highly motivated and ambitious Self-starter
- Prior work-ex in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Hedge Fund or Multi-Family Office industries
- Good time management skills
- Should have managed a sales team in prior roles
- Experience with a CRM for managing marketing process and pipeline
