- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science preferred

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing and B2B Sales

- 2+ years of experience implementing sales and marketing initiatives targeted at US based customers

Job Description :

LexInnova is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing professional who will be responsible for devising and implementing the overall sales, marketing, and go-to market strategy of LexInnova's innovative software products and services.

Objective :

LexInnova's software solutions and services are aimed at solving intrinsic problems faced by lawyers and legal project managers, primarily in the US market. The manager would lead a dedicated team of inside sales and marketing executives to maximize penetration and drive revenue growth. The manager would also work closely with the product development and US based sales team to constantly improve and grow the product line.

Key Skills required :

- Self-starter who is, flexible, organized and able to work independently

- Ability to develop and grow lead base and customer accounts

- Ability to work in a fast growing, lean, entrepreneurial company

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of customers and prospects

- Excellent knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools, such as ZOHO, Mailchimp and Marketo

- Excellent presentation skills to a multitude of different audiences

- Acclimatization to US market dynamics and culture

- Strong interfacing and negotiation skills

- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with operational and other support teams

- Proven record of developing and implementing successful strategies that led to increased sales and market penetration

- Strong leadership, initiative, and teambuilding skills

Job Requirement :

- Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue objectives

- Develops and manages sales and marketing operating budgets

- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals/metrics accordingly, holding team members accountable

- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales and support allocation

- Devises effective lead generation and customer conversion activities through email campaigns, social media, online advertising, etc.

- Identifies new and effective means of growing customer base through events, sponsorship opportunities, and strategic partnerships

- In conjunction with outside entities, plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities

- Develops and recommends product positioning and pricing strategy to grow market share and revenue

- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities

- Monitors client demand and feedback to suggest new products and improvements to current software solutions

- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
