With a growth in the Indian market, our client is looking at expanding their existing foot hold in India and are looking for an individual to lead the portfolio.

Job Description - Reporting to the CEO:

- Sales Development of all the product lines.

- Managing the existing sales team and expanding it.

- Increasing the presence of our products geographically.

- Reporting and sharing important information and analysis regarding the sales situation, the market developments and trends, customers and competitors with the Headquarter.

- Identifying and reporting strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats to the company.

- Definition of a price strategy for the different product families.

- New customers acquisition.

- Ownership of the P&L.

- Willing to travel on regular basis.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a B.Tech/ B.E Mechanical with a Business Degree and an experience of 15-20 years in Sales. You will have an experience working with Industrial Products or Gas Application Industry. You will have an existing relationship with various companies and should come with strong leadership abilities.
