Director - Sales - IT Solutions - Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Firm

We are hiring for Director Sales-IT solutions for a Data Analytics and Business intelligence company based at Bangalore.

Job Description :

- Develop & execute sales plan to achieve revenue and growth goals for the region

- Plan, hire, train and grow the right people talent within your team

- Establish the right sales processes & foundations for sustained revenue growth

- Develop strong cross-functional relationships with other teams.

- Contribute to the overall intellectual horsepower of the company

This position directly reports to the President of the company

We require :

- 12-18 years experience in It solutions sales in retail domain or CPG domain and at least 4 years in leadership role in India and APAC regions

- Any graduate/PG

- Selling Big data or Analytics solutions is a highly preferred

- Start up experience is preferred
