Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-with strategies with BPOs
- Mine existing relationships within assigned portfolio, build comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow the relationships.
- Develop and execute account roadmap and penetration strategy for long term relationship.
- Understand the products and competitive products. Be able to articulate value proposition and differentiator to decision makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with Partner Enablement and Customer Success teams to ensure adoption, deployments and high CSAT
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers and influencers. Be a voice of organization in industry forums
- Achieve Quarter on Quarter numbers which reflect exponential and industry leading growth.
Experience required :
- 15+ yrs for Sales Manager primarily in Technology / BPO companies across sales, solutions and consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of BPO industry, buying behavior, adoption levers and extensive relationships within Automation ecosystem of BPOs
- Sold and deployed atleast couple of large automation programs within BPOs
- Executive presence, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter, ability to work in ambiguous and fast changing environment with minimal supervision.
