Key Responsibilities:-
- Works closely with the cross functional teams in creating a cohesive and executable strategic sales plan and developing action plan and growth strategy for company in the APAC market
- Ensures execution of the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals, driven by new business growth and expansion of existing business.
- Identify right solution levers, channel partnerships and prospective coaches to drive penetration into newer segments and revenue streams
- Coach and mentor other members in the team to further strengthen the talent bench and pipeline. Ensure efforts to identify, develop, lead, and retain top talent are consistently executed.
- Participate in negotiations, contracting, and Enterprise sales strategies to assist in closing sales.
- Direct forecasting, sales resource planning and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- BE + MBA from reputed institute
- 8+ years of relevant experience in driving sales function for global enterprise technology customers, selling to CIO, CTO and CDO organizations in prospective customer accounts
- Passionate leader with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets for Tech Industry
- Proven experience of doing consultative selling in the Tech industry with selling products and services involving cutting edge technologies like IoT, AI/ML, Analytics and other Digital Technologies
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamically growing company, meet schedules, and maintain a high level of output.
- Strong business acumen in all functional disciplines within a corporate environment.
- Significant experience in strategic selling and organizational effectiveness to include strategic planning and financial modeling
