Some of the job responsibilities will include:
- Having accountability for transactional sales activities within their assigned accounts
- Manage a team of world class sales force
- Establish, manage and communicate overall segment strategies, aligning the with the organisational strategies
- Develop and execute segment-specific value propositions
- To liaise with relevant cross-discipline resources
Profile
A successful candidate comes with:
- 12-15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry
- Key exposure to managing and defining strategy for multiple business units
- Having strong leadership skills with excellent team management ability
- Our client is looking for dynamic, aggressive and agile people with excellent command over the Language
