Sales Director (15 to 20 years / Diversity Profiles)
Our technology client is a product and service portfolio of personal systems, printers, and 3D printing solutions
They are looking for Sales Director to be based at Blr / Mum / Che / NCR / Kol / Kochi/ Vishakapatnam etc., with the following:
1. Total 15 to 20 years of related services/ solutions selling experience
2. Must have hands-on selling expertise in Hardware / Telecom / Consumer Durables Products.
3. Responsible for creating and communicating sales goals and ways to achieve those goals.
4. Prepare sales reports, build mutually beneficial relationships, and oversee new employee training and continued training for current employees.
5. Identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.
6. Driving the business from identification to implementation and meet assigned business quota.
7. Accountable for accomplishing the targets
8. Excels in competitive selling skills.
9. Sells across platform and specialty.
