Director Sales
Roles & Responsibilities :
- The role requires the candidate to be drive revenue and growth for the company's primary product line (Prepaid Cards)
- Directly Responsible for the P&L of the Pan India Business
- Responsible for B2B (Primary focus on School and colleges) & B2C Sales across India.
- Understanding the short, mid and long-term goals of the business
- Responsible for Partnering with Schools, Colleges Pan India Basis.
- He/ She Will be responsible for End to End Sales Cycle - Identification, Qualification, Pursuit, Closing and Retention
- Build and Lead the team, leading the team of sales persons to penetrate new markets within India, while strengthening the existing business generating regions.
- Extensively engaging with tapping a plethora of Forums that help access the Prospectus Community.
- Create and execute the monthly plan to achieve the targets
Experience :
- Min 10+ years of Experience in consumer specific products (fintech and edtech product preferred) in Sales and Marketing, both B2B and B2C
- Ability to understand the user needs and build products that are loved by the consumers.
- Go-getter with lateral and product first thinking abilities for identifying and plugging gaps
- Role will require 50% traveling (Domestic).
