Director Sales:

- Hiring for a passionate, aggressive sales leader with edtech/e Learning Tech start-up backed by a reputed founder and two of the Top 3 India VCs.

- Location : Mumbai (Powai)

- Extensive Sales Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading B2C Sales efforts, ability to focus on - input- (deep analytics to forecast leads, calls, follow-ups, training) as well as - output- metrics (conversions)

- Leadership- Recruit, Create and Lead Full Team

- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators and competitors

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

- Flexible to work on weekends as needed as sales peak on weekends

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Master's from tier 1 schools

- Strong experience in B2C/B2B sales
