Responsibilities (Objective as well as the KPIs) :

- Increase total revenue of the region

- Increase same store sales of the stores in the region

- Expand retail footprint

Job Expectation :

- Develop and implement Sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

- Manage store operations in the region includes hiring, training, visual merchandising

- Maintain and improve the standard store operating processes

- Identification and rollout of new stores

- Improve NPS and audit scores
